He became the Middleweight champion at UFC 243 when he knocked out Robert Whittaker to become the undisputed Middleweight champion.

‘The Last Stylebender’ is one of the most dominant Middleweight champions in UFC with six title defenses. He lost his title to Alex Pereira at UFC 281, but won it back immediately in the rematch. Unfortunately, he lost it again at UFC 293 against Sean Strickland.

Since then Izzy has been on a self imposed hiatus. His on-mic skill and flamboyant fighting style is what differs him from the other fighters. The former middleweight king is also known for creating some of the most remarkable walkouts in UFC history. In a nutshell, he knows how to put on a show. Let’s take a look at his walkouts songs.

Israel Adesanya’s walkout songs

“Hype 2 Hype” by Big Rulez

Adesanya successfully knocked out his opponent in the second round to become the undisputed Middleweight champion and begin one of the memorable middleweight title reigns in UFC.

“Ruggedy Baba” by Ruggedman

The Middleweight champion walked out on this hip-hop number by Ruggedman at UFC 253. When the champ defeated Paulo Costa in the second round by knocking him out cold in Abu Dhabi.

“Somewhere I Belong” by the Linkin Park

Israel Adesanya used this track by Linkin park at UFC 263 where he faced Marvin Vettori. The famous nu-metal song was released by Linkin park in their second album Meteora and also featured in the Transformer movie. Israel Adesanya emerged victorious in his matchup against Vettori via Unanimous Decision.

Undertaker theme song

Adesanya called on the undead when he paid tribute to the Phenom Undertaker. This has to be one of the best if not the best walkouts of his career. ‘The last Stylebender’  channeled his inner Deadman to walk to the Octagon with the hat and urn in his hands to send chills through everyone present in the arena.

Israel Adesanya always prefers to change his walkouts songs but recently appeared on TMZ sports he revealed he wants to set a serious tone to his match and would like to walk out to a horror theme song. He said, “I just walked out there and just did my thing…It was business as usual. But I’ll say I want to make this a horror movie. I want to keep that theme. I want to make this a horror movie”.  Is this an indication that he might use the Undertaker’s entrance song again?
